Hi, by the way that’s my gif up there. lol ^
Jan’s improvised Sugar Skull
Sugar skull made easy. No baking, no heat.
Materials:
How: (Day 1 FORMATION)
1. Get your materials ready:

A box of Stone Clay is enough to make 2 or 3 Sugar Skulls. (Well, it may depend on how you divide your proportions.)
Poster Paint: Any color that you desire to paint your skulls with. Acrylic paint is also applicable.

Paint Brushes: Of course you can’t paint your skulls without these. (As much as possible, have paint brushes with different sizes to help you with detailing.)
2. Unwrap your Stone clay:
3. Form your clay into a skull-shape:
4. Poke your two fingers on the upper-part of your skull to make the eyes: (You may use any finger you like to poke. lol)

5. Use the “butt” or bottom of your paint-brush to make an inverted heart on the center area of your skull: (To make it’s nose.)

6. Use toothpick or any thin/fine stick to carve your skull’s mouth.
7. Make as many Sugar skulls as you desired. Just make sure you leave it out to dry for at least a day or 24 hours. you don’t have to cook it. Just wait for at least a day.

(Day 2’s tutorial will be posted tomorrow afternoon, lol. As you can see, I’m also working on my sugar skull and I’m not finished yet.)
So yeah, thank you for viewing. Tomorrow’s the big finishing of this tutorial, so stay tuned. :)
How: (Day 2 FINISHING)
1. Paint your skull with your desired color:

(Consider painting the back of your skull, too.)

2. With Black Poster paint and a fine brush, paint your Skull’s Eyes:

Then paint your Skull’s nose.

And the mouth. (Add it’s details.)

3. Start painting the sides of your Skull’s eyes with a different color: (Scallop-like details.)

4. Then trace your Scallop-eyes with black paint to make an outline:

5. Use your Gold Poster paint to smudge on your Skull’s teeth:

6. And if you have your Bobby pin, use super glue to glue it at the back.
And voila! That’s about it.
Make as many Skulls as you like. It’s the best way to kill boredom.
